noticesDue to a cable fault traffic has been re-routed via alternative links, this might cause a slight degradation on international traffic for some clients.

The fault has been located by the repair team and repairs are underway, no ETR as of yet.

11 March 2013 – Latency and Packet Loss – RESOLVED

UPDATE: A faulty card was identified as the reason for the increased latency and packet loss, the card has been replaced and the fault is now resolved.

ORIGINAL NOTICE: We are currently experiencing increased latency and packet loss on our accounts. This is affecting the Southern and Western parts of the country. Engineers are investigating. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
